Answer any two of the following question in about 100 words

1.(a)     the speaker made the mistake of asking the girl about the outside scenery.

It was a mistake because it would make the girl feel the speaker was blind .

The girls question to the speaker why he did not look out of the window himself removed the speakers doubts.

 Then the speaker move easily along the berth and felt for the window ledge. He faced the open window ,making a pretence of studying a landscape.

b)  APJ Abdul Kalam is the speaker. According to the speaker, the locality in which he lived was dominated by the Muslims but there were a lot of Hindu families .There was a very old mosque in this locality the famous Shiva temple of Rameshwaram was about a 10 minutes walk from the Kalam’s house.

The descriptions of kalam's locality present a picture of communal harmony. people of both religions lived amicably .people of different religions respected kalam's father.

c)  The beard man become an enmy of the Tsar because the Tsar had executed his brother and seized his property .

The men swore to revenge himself on the Tsar he resolved to kill the Tsar on his wayback.

 He askedthe Tsar  to forgive him this is because he would have blede to death had the not raise his own he promised the jar to serve him as his full slept he also said that he would be the him he sons to do the same
