  • Assume the best. If you always think about something is going to wrong then this is your default thinking . You should change it and fill up your mind with positive affirmations and thoughtfulness which leads you to a better phase of situation. 
  • Visualize your success. If you want to achieve something and is getting tensed about that like what will happen to, or,  is it going to be wrong for me or not, then throw out  this negative thought off from your mind and just stay motivated and think positive regarding it . This will help you increase your self-confidence and thus, you will feel motivated and this will help you to achieve your success.
  • Stop watching the voilentful news or news which spread negativity in environment. There is no doubt that watching news is a very important part of our life to stay updated about the outer world. But there are some news or some types of topics which are showing in the news which one should not watch if we want to stay positive in life. Only watch those news which are helpful for you for your knowledge and help you to stay updated regarding the outer world and Society.
  • Learn from your mistake. The most common way to spread of negative thoughts among the mind of people is their" failure". Don't take failure so deeply in your heart as because this will increase negativity in your mind and your surrounding also. But you should also not block the negative thoughts from the failure to your mind because there is also a very important role of failure in your life. The role of ' Failure' is that you can take moral value or moral lesson from the  failure which you faced by your own mistake. A one which make mistakes and learn from them is always the most successful person in this world.
  • Stay away from negative person. Suppose you are in a group of friends. In that group there is a friend who always think positive and motivate you in every step and phase  of your life but in the same group, there is a friend who always spread negativity in you and your group and also demotivate you people. So if you stay with that friend who think in a positive way ,then you will also feel good, motivated and self confident and thus, you will get rid of negativity from yourself.
  • Always use kind words. The vocabulary for word that we use in our day to day life also matter a lot in our regular thinking. If you use kind words and soft words which feels good to hear then our mind will be and our mind will also get stress free. But if we use words full of negativity and words which indicate the violentness in our life then the speed of negativity in our surrounding will be much faster.
  • Mediation.  Meditation is a way to keep your mind calm and peaceful and also it helps you to increase your concentration. If your mind will stay calm and you have good concentration power, then it will help you to take any decision with free mindly  which will keep your mind stress free and results in  increase of positivity in you and your surrounding.
