 I didn't see you. 

  P. V. -        You  were not seen by me. 

I love the hills especially in October .

P. V.  =The hills, especially  in October are loved by me. 

She thought me a romantic fool. 

P. V.  = l was thought a romantic fool by her. 

    Then I made a mistake. 

P. V. =Then a mistake was made by me. 

Had she noticed already that I could not see? 

P. V- had it been already noticed by her that I could not see?
