                 Sub : Request for construction  of a cycle-shed.

Sir, 

We the students of your institution ,would like to draw your attention to fact that we have no cycle shed in our school campus.

 About a thousand students come to our school from adjacent area within a radius of 6 km and must of them come on bicycles. since there is no cycle seed on the campus, they are compelled to keep their bicycle here and there . The corridors remain pact with bicycles obstructing free movement of students and teachers ,keep their bicycles in open space. It is a matter of remind that in the last 3 month 7 cases of stealing of bicycles were reported .very often incident of stelling of seat covers and bells are reported .More ever student sitting inside the classroom become anxious about bicycle .As most of the student come from families low income ,they cannot make up the loss of bicycle by any means .

under such circumstances we earnestly appeal to you to take necessary steps for construction of a bicycle where we can keep our bicycle without the fear of loss of damage.
