Now the city London is heavenly covered by the morning light of the sun as if London has taken its ornamental garment chips Towers doms theatre halls and churches can be seen in in the middest of silence and calmness of the earth and sky. As the air is free from smoke and pollution all the objects of London look bright and look bright and glittering with the help of beautiful first rays of the Sun. He thanks god for giving him the chance to enjoy that very heavenly beauty

Who says this and where? who prompted the poet to say this? what does the poet want to convey here?
Ans-- The poet William Wordsworth says this when he is crossing the westminister bridge and having a view of London city.
The poet is very much impressed by the majestic beauty of London city in the early morning. The whole city is bath in the golden sunlight .It looks so splendid that the poet feels that no one can be untouched by it
The poet says that only a person who is dull of soul can overlook such majestic beauty. He lacks sense of beauty.
3) "The beauty of morning silent bare---"

Ans -- the beauty of the London city in the morning calm is referred here. The city bath in the early morning sun,looks very marvellous.
The beauty is silent because it is the time of early morning and there is no commotion of vehicles and the movement of people is less. It isbare because of the smokeless air of the atmosphere. Everything looks shining and sparking in the morning sunlight. The poet feels a profound calmness which he had never felt sometime recently . The use of words' silent' and" Bare" suggest that the city of London is a part of nature nature.
